Oceantech Craft Training Centre (OCTC) is a world-class craft professional training school created to prepare the next generation of skilled technical workers in Ghana. With its multidisciplinary focus and global engagement with industry, OCTC is exclusively positioned to nurture career-based skills training and provide mentorship that prepares our craft professionals for a successful career.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, OCTC's our mission is to provide dynamic generation craft professionals with integrity, resilience, and technical excellence. As Ghana’s industrial sector expands, its bedrock will be the skills acquired from a world-class training and certification facility.
Core Values
OCTC was established to address the alarming gap created between Senior High School students and tertiary school attendees where only 15% of the graduates from high school are admitted to the university. The remaining 85% of students likely seek opportunities in a trade or other academic path, but one without any real guarantee for acquiring a much-needed skillset.
